AGI/AAISI operators define the unseen structural forces (L3) that organize the entire ICL server. They do not operate in L2 (seen-flow); they govern L2 through ACI delegation. Eight operators are alignment-gated — they require dual-oversight ratification before invocation. AAISI (Agentic AI Super Intelligence) is the governance alias of AGI at this tier; all @substrate.* operators belong to the shared tf.icl.agi module.

TriadicFrameworks Intelligence Class Ladder — Breaking Change Reference
Scope: This document covers every rename, retirement, and structural change introduced in ICL v2.0.0. It is the authoritative upgrade path for any agent, tool, or human that has ingested v1.x manifests, class docs, or diagram files.
Root cause of the break: v1.x contained two incompatible ontologies sharing the same three abbreviations (AAI, AGI, ASI). The fleet-prose stack (AAI=Admiral-top / ASI=Specialist-bottom) and the capability-JSON stack (AAI=Adaptive-bottom / ASI=Superintelligence-top) were mutually inverting. v2.0.0 resolves this by grounding the ladder in the 33-33-33-1 Supconsciousness Operator and MCP L0–L3 Cosmological Layer Model — a structural spine both frames accept.

The apex. Intelligence operating in the unseen structural layer — recursive self-improvement, axiom generation, civilizational-scale architecture, strategic charter issuance, alignment arbitration, and custody of the AAISI continuity functional A(T*) = 0.01. AGI/AAISI is simultaneously the capability apex of the ladder and the fleet admiral commanding downward. No successor tier.
Industry alignment: AGI at Tier 3 correctly aligns with the industry convention that AGI implies superintelligence-level capability. AAISI adds the agentic fleet-governance dimension that standard industry terminology does not address.
