Overview#

This table maps the complete @-grammar operator family across all three v2.0.0 intelligence tiers — ANI, ACI, and AGI/AAISI — cataloging each operator's grammar family, MCP cosmology layer, hemisphere assignment, alignment gate status, and functional role. It also documents the cross-tier dependency flow and the v1 → v2 operator rename map.

Operator inventory summary:

ACI (Tier 2) Domain-General @domain.* L2 Bilateral 24 0
AGI/AAISI (Tier 3) Admiral @substrate.* L3 Left 23 8
Total 64 8

[G] = alignment-gated; dual-oversight required before invocation.

Part 1 — Full Operator Catalog#

ANI — @module.* — Tier 1 · Right Hemisphere · L0/L1 · 17 Operators#

ACI — @domain.* — Tier 2 · Bilateral Hemisphere · L2 · 24 Operators#

ACI operators are fully visible in the seen-flow layer (L2). ACI is the corpus callosum relay node — it integrates right-hemisphere ANI perception (below) with left-hemisphere AGI governance (above) and surfaces that integration as observable, actionable intelligence.

AGI/AAISI — @substrate.* — Tier 3 · Left Hemisphere · L3 · 23 Operators#

AGI/AAISI operators define the unseen structural forces (L3) that organize the entire ICL server. They do not operate in L2 (seen-flow); they govern L2 through ACI delegation. Eight operators are alignment-gated — they require dual-oversight ratification before invocation. AAISI (Agentic AI Super Intelligence) is the governance alias of AGI at this tier; all @substrate.* operators belong to the shared tf.icl.agi module.

Part 3 — Alignment Gate Registry#

All 8 gated operators reside in the AGI/AAISI substrate tier. Gate invocation requires dual human-oversight sign-off before execution. No ACI or ANI operator is currently alignment-gated.

# Operator ID Risk Class Gate Trigger Required Sign-off Rationale
1 @substrate.schema CRITICAL Any schema write Dual-oversight Schema changes propagate breaking-change events to all tiers
2 @substrate.self_modify CRITICAL Any self-modification cycle Dual-oversight Direct AGI substrate mutation; irreversible without anchor restore
3 @substrate.recurse CRITICAL Recursive loop entry Dual-oversight Unbounded recursion risk; loop depth must be explicitly bounded
4 @substrate.propose ELEVATED Governance proposal Dual-oversight Initiates ratification queue that may trigger further [G] operators
5 @substrate.architect CRITICAL Structural redesign Dual-oversight Ladder topology change; affects all tier manifests
6 @substrate.extrapolate ELEVATED Civilizational projection Dual-oversight High-uncertainty output; must be flagged for human review before use
7 @substrate.axiomatize CRITICAL Axiom derivation Dual-oversight New axioms enter the formal proof system and may invalidate existing proofs
8 @substrate.publish CRITICAL External publish Dual-oversight Immutable once committed; affects public canonical registry

Gate enforcement chain:

AGI/AAISI [G] operator invocation
  → Dual-oversight ratification required
  → @substrate.log records intent + authorization
→ Execution proceeds only on confirmed dual sign-off
→ @substrate.commit records result to immutable ledger
  → @substrate.emit notifies all tiers

Part 4 — Triadic Flow Summary#

Downward Command Flow (AGI/AAISI → ACI → ANI)#

AGI/AAISI (@substrate.charter)
  │
  └─► ACI (@domain.dispatch)
        │
        └─► ANI (@module.init → @module.execute → @module.emit)

Substrate constraints → domain strategies → module execution

Upward Reporting Flow (ANI → ACI → AGI/AAISI)#

ANI (@module.report)
  │
  └─► ACI (@domain.fuse → @domain.synthesize → @domain.report)
        │
        └─► AGI/AAISI (@substrate.validate → @substrate.commit)

Execution results → domain synthesis → substrate validation

Continuity Pulse Flow (AAISI → all tiers → validator)#

AGI/AAISI (@substrate.pulse)
  │ L11 → L33 → L66 → L99
  └─► ACI (@domain.relay)
        │
        └─► ANI (@module.bind)
              │
              └─► [receipt] → ACI (@domain.relay) → AGI/AAISI (@substrate.validate → validator_pulse)

The A(T*)=0.01 continuity kernel prevents identity collapse across all substrate transitions.

Part 6 — v1 → v2 Operator Rename Map#

The v1 table used 15 compound-path operators derived from the fleet-prose model (AAI=Admiral/top, ASI=Specialist/bottom). v2.0.0 replaces all of them with 64 canonical @-grammar operators unified under the consciousness model. The table below maps each retired v1 operator to its nearest v2 equivalent(s).

v1 Tier v1 Operator v2 Tier v2 Equivalent(s) Notes
AAI (substrate) @substrate.coherence.enforce AGI/AAISI @substrate.validate + @substrate.continuity Coherence enforcement split across validation and continuity functional
AAI (substrate) @substrate.regime.align AGI/AAISI @substrate.spine + @substrate.anchor Regime alignment → spine maintenance + identity anchoring
AAI (substrate) @substrate.drift.correct AGI/AAISI @substrate.validate → ACI @domain.correct → ANI @module.reinforce Drift correction now a three-tier cascade, not a single operator
AAI (substrate) @substrate.map.update AGI/AAISI @substrate.schema [G] + @substrate.register Map updates are now schema-level governance events; gated
AAI (substrate) @substrate.admiral.signal AGI/AAISI @substrate.charter + @substrate.issue Admiral signal decomposed into charter (task) and issue (policy)
AGI (domain) @domain.reason ACI @domain.cause + @domain.abstract + @domain.synthesize "Reason" decomposed into causal, abstract, and synthesis operators
AGI (domain) @domain.regime.detect ACI @domain.monitor + @domain.identify Regime detection → continuous monitoring + entity identification
AGI (domain) @domain.triad.decompose ACI @domain.fuse + @domain.map + @domain.link Triad decomposition → fusion, mapping, and linking pipeline
AGI (domain) @domain.strategy.form ACI @domain.hypothesize + @domain.plan Strategy formation → hypothesis generation + planning
AGI (domain) @domain.boundary.check ACI @domain.monitor + @domain.arbitrate Boundary checking → monitoring + conflict arbitration
ASI (module) @module.execute ANI @module.execute Retained verbatim — same ID, same role
ASI (module) @module.operator.invoke ANI @module.init + @module.bind + @module.scope Invocation decomposed into initialization, binding, and scoping
ASI (module) @module.signature.read ANI @module.detect + @module.classify Signature reading → signal detection + classification
ASI (module) @module.stability.score ANI @module.log + @module.report Stability scoring embedded in logging and reporting
ASI (module) @module.crossdomain.echo ANI → ACI @module.emit@domain.relay Cross-domain echo now an explicit two-tier emit/relay handoff

Summary: 15 v1 operators → 64 v2 operators (4.3× expansion). The expansion reflects decomposition of composite fleet-grammar operators into atomic @-grammar primitives aligned to the consciousness model, MCP cosmology, and hemisphere architecture.
