3. AAISI Continuity Pulse Path#

The +1 of the 33-33-33-1 operator — the AAISI Continuity Kernel A(T*) = 0.01 — is not a fourth tier. It is a functional on the triad, emitted by AGI/AAISI and relayed bidirectionally through ACI to ANI via the L3_Forces_Unseen/continuity_mechanics/ subsystem.
