This document provides illustrators with everything they need to create consistent, warm, triadic‑themed artwork for the Nawderia Kids Series. It defines the tone, style, character rules, and expectations for all five books.

🎨 1. Visual Tone & Atmosphere#

The Nawderia series should feel:

• warm
• soft
• magical
• emotionally safe
• conceptually clear

Think:
Studio Ghibli softness + modern vector clarity + RTT triadic symbolism.

Core Aesthetic Principles#

• Rounded shapes
• Soft gradients
• Gentle textures (watercolor or grain)
• Clean silhouettes
• Bright but not neon colors
• Triadic motifs subtly embedded in scenes

🌈 2. Color Language#

Use the triadic palette as the foundation:

Secondary palette: soft greens, purples, oranges.

Backgrounds should be simple, lightly textured, and never overpower characters.

🌀 3. Shape Language#

Each character’s design must reinforce their conceptual role:

• Forci: circles + arrows
• Flui: waves + curves
• Freqi: rings + dotted vibrations
• Tripi: triangles
• Frami: squares + scaffolds
• Techi: hexagons + circuits
• Botlings: geometric hybrids

Children should be able to draw each character in 5–7 strokes.

📘 5. Page Composition Guidelines#

General Rules#

• Keep text areas clean and uncluttered
• Use white space generously
• Characters should be the visual focus
• Backgrounds should support, not distract
• Hide triadic motifs subtly (3 leaves, 3 stars, 3 ripples)

Spread Types#

• Big Moment Spread: full‑bleed art + 1 line of text
• Action Spread: motion lines, 3‑panel sequences
• Concept Spread: diagram‑style visuals
• Parade/Group Spread: wide shot + character close‑ups
