L4 — Continuity Mechanics#
The L4 layer introduces the composite resonance manifold, a structural system built from proto‑resonance seeds and assembled into progressively larger envelopes.
Unlike the L3 functional dimensions (gradient, field, rupture, integrity), L4 does not participate in the S3 Spine.
Instead, it overlays the functional cosmology with a continuity layer that models resonance behavior across seen, hidden, and full envelopes.
Composite Resonance Chain#
The continuity‑mechanics manifold consists of four internal envelopes and one external operator:
Internal Composite Envelopes#

The atomic resonance unit. Not a functional dimension. -
L33 — Seen Envelope (33%)
Formed from three L11 seeds. Represents visible resonance. -
L66 — Hidden Envelope (66%)
Formed from two L33 envelopes. Represents hidden resonance. -
L99 — Full Envelope (99%)
Formed from L66 + L33. Represents complete internal resonance.
External Operator#
- Validator Pulse (1%)
The external resonance source.
L99 redirects upward into this operator.
Cosmology Placement#
The continuity‑mechanics manifold attaches after integrity in the cosmology chain:
