This record announces a structural equivalence between Resonance‑Time Theory (RTT) and Validated Spacetime (vST). We show that the dimensional primitive set, triadic operator family, and validation structure remain invariant under substitution of the regime anchor (T_r ↔ S_r). This establishes that RTT is not a separate ontology but the validated extension of spacetime using the same scientific primitives. Minimal definitions are provided to support independent reproduction of the equivalence.
