Glossary (Triadic + Legal Terms)#
BRE (Before Regime Awareness) — Pre-clarity perception of law as isolated rules/cases without systemic dynamics.
Post-BRA (Post-Regime Awareness) — Clarity on legal systems as resonance-time regimes with feedback, coherence, and paradox.
Coherence — Maintenance of predictability, legitimacy, and justice across legal regimes (core RTT invariant).
Deontic Logic — Formal modeling of obligations, permissions, and prohibitions.
Erga Omnes — Obligations owed to the international community as a whole.
Hohfeldian Relations — Fundamental legal atoms (claim-duty, privilege-no claim, power-liability, immunity-disability).
Jus Cogens — Peremptory norms from which no derogation is permitted.
Pacta Sunt Servanda — Agreements must be kept (foundational treaty principle).
Regime Drift — Gradual deviation from coherent legal equilibria (detectable via RTT diagnostics).
Rule of Law — Substantive and procedural constraints on arbitrary power; predictability and equality before the law.
Rule of Recognition (Hart) — Secondary rule identifying valid law.
