Relationship to the Manufacturing Substrate Regime Model (MSRM)#
Enterprise Structural Awareness is conceptually aligned with the Manufacturing Substrate Regime Model (MSRM) in its treatment of regimes, calibration validity, and boundary semantics as structural concerns rather than operational controls.
MSRM applies substrate‑level regime reasoning to manufacturing environments characterized by extreme constraints and long‑term calibration dependencies. Enterprise Structural Awareness adapts similar principles to enterprise IT systems, where configuration, policy, and lifecycle assumptions evolve over time.
This work does not extend or modify MSRM. Instead, it demonstrates how MSRM‑style structural reasoning can be introduced into enterprise systems using existing configuration and metadata surfaces.
The relationship is one of methodological alignment rather than dependency. Enterprise Structural Awareness remains domain‑specific to enterprise IT environments.
