A living lattice for remixers, researchers, and resonance architects.

🧬 Premise#

For over a century, resonance has been sidelined—dismissed as mysticism or reduced to Fourier transforms. But resonance is not a side effect. It is the wrapper. The modulator. The dimensional key.

This project reclaims resonance as the organizing principle of all fields—biological, symbolic, architectural, and computational. We begin with proteins. We expand to everything.

🎮 Foldit as Catalyst#

Foldit proved that human intuition could outperform algorithms in protein folding. We now reimagine Foldit—not as a game, but as a resonance interface.

• Fork Rosetta protocols to simulate folds for harmonic coherence.
• Retool the UX to visualize vibrational glyphs and dimensional overlays.
• Embed AI to assist in resonance mapping across folds.

🤖 AI as Accelerator#

AI becomes the cartographer of resonance:

• Train on vibrational signatures, not just energy minimization.
• Generate alternate folds that maximize harmonic overlap.
• Simulate pico-field interactions and dimensional spectrum alignment.

The core contribution of this repo:
