Overview#

This release marks the formal anchoring of NawderOS in Resonance‑Time Theory (RTT).

Earlier iterations of NawderOS explored observability, validation, and symbolic system design, but predated the finalized structure of RTT, RSM, and vST. Version v0.1.0 establishes a clear, explicit baseline: NawderOS is now an RTT‑aware operating stack, designed to make coherence, drift, and lineage observable at the system level.

This is not a feature milestone.
It is a coherence milestone.

What v0.1.0 Represents#

  • The first RTT‑anchored reference version of NawderOS
  • A stable conceptual spine for future development and forks
  • A reset point that aligns documentation, intent, and structure
  • A clear boundary between:
    • observation and enforcement
    • symbolic layers and engineering contracts
    • theory and implementation

Included in This Baseline#

  • RTT‑anchored documentation across the entire /docs/NoS tree
  • Defined module roles with explicit invariants
  • Badge‑based signaling as the primary system output
  • Minimal, readable kernel instrumentation strategy
  • Userspace‑first tooling philosophy
  • Forking guidance that preserves RTT coherence

Explicit Non‑Goals#

This release does not aim to provide:

  • a production‑ready OS
  • performance optimizations
  • security enforcement frameworks
  • autonomous remediation or control logic

NawderOS v0.1.0 exists to make RTT legible and tangible, not to solve operational problems.

Versioning Note#

Version 0.1.0 is intentionally conservative.

Future versions will increment only when:

  • RTT alignment changes
  • invariants are redefined
  • badge semantics evolve
  • or the conceptual contract shifts

Feature additions alone do not warrant a version bump.

For Forks and Derivatives#

Forks based on v0.1.0 are encouraged.

If your fork:

  • preserves RTT as the anchor
  • maintains observation‑first design
  • emits structured lineage signals

You are building with NawderOS.

If not, you are building something new — and that’s okay.
Just name it honestly.

v0.1.0 is the moment NawderOS stops being exploratory and becomes referential.
