A Discipline Within RTT Education#
PEIRA is the study of how physical, experiential, and real‑world activities naturally teach
triadic cognition, regime awareness, coherence vs drift, and resonance‑timing
without direct instruction.
The term comes from the Greek peira — meaning trial, attempt, experience,
or learning through testing.
This captures the heart of the discipline:
we learn regimes by engaging with them.
PEIRA reveals that everyday activities — sports, games, movement, rhythm, coordination —
already encode the structures RTT names.
🧭 What PEIRA Studies#
PEIRA focuses on how people learn through:
- Embodied experience
- Physical trial and error
- Spatial and temporal pattern recognition
- Regime transitions in motion
- Cooperative and competitive dynamics
- Attention, timing, and resonance
These experiences form a natural substrate for RTT concepts.
🎓 Why PEIRA Matters#
PEIRA shows that RTT is not abstract — it is lived.
Before students ever encounter formal RTT language, they have already:
- sensed coherence
- felt drift
- navigated inversion
- recognized timing windows
- coordinated with others
- adapted to changing regimes
PEIRA gives them the vocabulary to understand what they already know.
📚 The IRL Series (Indirect Resonance Learning)#
The IRL folder inside PEIRA contains modules that use real‑world activities
to illustrate RTT concepts through familiar examples.
IRL modules include:
- sports
- strategy games
- board games
- timing‑based activities
- social and cooperative play
Each module highlights a different triadic structure or regime dynamic.

🧩 How PEIRA Fits Into RTT Education#
PEIRA is one of several educational pathways within RTT:
- PEIRA → embodied, experiential learning
- Cognitive RTT → formal structures and theory
- Applied RTT → real‑world problem solving
- Creative RTT → art, narrative, and metaphor
PEIRA is the on‑ramp — the place where learners discover
that RTT is already alive in their daily experience.
🌱 Who PEIRA Is For#
PEIRA is ideal for:
- students
- athletes
- coaches
- teachers
- facilitators
- anyone who learns best through doing
It is accessible, intuitive, and grounded in lived experience.
📌 Notes#
- PEIRA modules are intentionally simple and metaphor‑driven.
- They serve as bridges between everyday experience and RTT grammar.
- New modules can be added as the discipline expands.
