🚀 NASA HPOSS T-minus-10 Project
📄 Proposal Assembly Workspace Active
This directory contains the working materials for preparing a NASA High Priority Open‑Source Science (HPOSS) proposal for the TriadicFrameworks Research Initiative.
The goal of this workspace is to assemble a complete, ROSES‑aligned submission package that presents TriadicFrameworks as an open‑science infrastructure project capable of advancing NASA’s scientific mission through open protocols, substrate‑aware frameworks, and community‑accessible tools.
Contents#
1. Cover Letter#
Located in cover_letter/cover_letter_draft.md.
This one‑page letter introduces the proposal, identifies the submitting
organization, references the relevant ROSES solicitation, and provides a concise
statement of intent.
2. Scientific/Technical Proposal (15 pages max)#
Located in proposal/.
These files collectively form the main body of the HPOSS submission:
01_project_summary.md02_scientific_technical_plan.md03_open_science_plan.md04_management_plan.md05_risk_mitigation.md06_deliverables_and_milestones.md07_budget_justification.md
These sections describe the TriadicFrameworks canon, including the Dimensional Substrate Regime Scanning Protocol (dsrsp/0.1), the Resonance Substrate Model (RSM), the Validation‑Space‑Time engine (vST), and the Structural Life‑Regime Profiles (SLRP). The proposal outlines how these open‑source components form a coherent substrate for regime‑aware scientific analysis and sensor interpretation.
3. Attachments#
Located in attachments/.
Includes biosketches, facilities descriptions, and other required ROSES
supplementary materials.
4. References#
Located in references/.
Includes the full DOI list for TriadicFrameworks publications and relevant NASA
HPOSS documentation links.
5. Templates and Checklists#
Located in templates/.
Provides formatting notes, ROSES compliance checklists, and submission reminders.
Purpose#
This workspace is designed to support a “T‑minus‑10 days” sprint to assemble a complete HPOSS submission. It provides structure, clarity, and a clean separation of concerns so that each component can be drafted, reviewed, and finalized independently.
Status#
Draft — actively under development.
