Scene 1 — Arrival at the Ember Field#

Purpose#

Introduce Little Heat, establish the domain of Heat, and present the Ember Field as the central environment.

Narrative Summary#

Little Heat enters a glowing field of embers, vents, and warm currents. The Master stands beside a slow‑breathing magma pool, radiating gentle heat.

Emotional Tone#

Animation Micro‑Beats#

  • Embers pulsing
  • Heat waves rising
  • Magma surface expanding and contracting

Scene 2 — The First Spark#

Purpose#

Challenge Little Heat’s assumptions about intensity and control.

Narrative Summary#

Realization, wonder, conceptual shift.

Visual Identity Notes#

  • Stone softening
  • Glow intensifying

  • Apprentice adjusting posture
  • Flow stabilizing into smooth arc

Scene 5 — The Moment of Overheating#

Purpose#

Show that too much intensity leads to burnout — heat must be balanced.

Narrative Summary#

Little Heat overheats a vent, causing a burst of chaotic flame. The apprentice panics, but the Master cools the area and explains that overheating reveals limits.

Emotional Tone#

Shock → fear → acceptance.

Visual Identity Notes#

  • Vent bursting with uncontrolled flame
  • Air shimmering violently
  • Apprentice stepping back, overwhelmed
