Test Philosophy
CSM adopts a conservative approach to validation.
The model is not validated by:
- performance benchmarks
- task success
- optimization metrics
Instead, validation focuses on:
- structural coherence
- boundary integrity
- regime transition handling
- failure transparency
A successful test may reveal failure modes. Such outcomes are considered informative, not negative.
The goal is understanding, not certification.
