X‑ray Scattering Techniques#

X‑ray scattering infers structural information from diffraction patterns. Their operation is powerful but deeply inference‑heavy and substrate‑sensitive.

Dimensional Core (SET)#

Why Red‑Zone#

X‑ray scattering relies on complex inversion models and assumes idealized sample behavior. Small deviations produce large interpretive errors.

Regime Notes#

  • neg‑regime: amorphous materials, unstable samples
