DNA Sequencer#

DNA sequencers infer nucleotide order through chemical, optical, or electronic signals. Their operation is powerful but relies on multi‑step inference and substrate‑sensitive chemistry.

Dimensional Core (SET)#

  • Spin: not relevant
  • Elec: detector readout
  • Temp: critical for reaction stability

Why Yellow‑Zone#

Sequencers work well but depend on complex biochemical regimes with many hidden assumptions. Calibration masks drift, and environmental conditions strongly influence results.

Regime Notes#

  • pos‑regime: stable chemistry, controlled temperature
  • Q‑regime: reagent variability, partial reactions
  • neg‑regime: contamination, thermal instability

Alignment Notes#

Needs explicit regime boundaries and clarity around inference layers.
