Accelerometer#
Accelerometers measure changes in acceleration using a stable mechanical or electromechanical core. Their behavior is predictable, substrate‑agnostic, and well‑bounded by clear physical principles.
Dimensional Core (SET)#
- Spin: negligible
- Elec: capacitive or piezoelectric sensing
- Temp: stable across typical operating ranges
Why Green‑Zone#
Accelerometers operate in a clean, coherent regime.
Their response curves are well‑characterized, calibration is stable, and environmental sensitivity is low. They map directly to their dimensional core without inference layers.
Regime Notes#
- pos‑regime: linear, predictable, low drift
- Q‑regime: minor thermal or mechanical noise
- neg‑regime: extreme vibration or shock events
Alignment Notes#
Already aligned.
Only edge cases (high‑G events, thermal extremes) require explicit regime boundaries.
