Electrometer#

Electrometers measure electric charge or potential with extremely high sensitivity. Their operation is stable when used within proper shielding and environmental control.

Dimensional Core (SET)#

  • Spin: not relevant
  • Elec: primary measurement axis
  • Temp: minor influence on noise and drift

Why Green‑Zone#

Electrometers operate in a stable, substrate‑agnostic electrical regime when properly shielded. Their measurement principles are direct, coherent, and well understood. Drift is low, and calibration is reliable.

Regime Notes#

  • pos‑regime: shielded, low‑noise environments
  • Q‑regime: moderate electromagnetic interference
  • neg‑regime: high‑noise environments, rapid charge fluctuations

Alignment Notes#

Already aligned.
Explicit environmental notes (shielding, grounding) help maintain coherence but do not require conceptual changes.
