(Green‑zone draft)
Telescope#
Telescopes collect and magnify distant light using lenses, mirrors, or arrays. Their behavior is stable, predictable, and grounded in classical optics.
Dimensional Core (SET)#
- Spin: not relevant
- Elec: relevant for digital sensors
- Temp: affects focus and mirror/lens expansion
Why Green‑Zone#
Telescopes operate in a stable, substrate‑agnostic optical regime.
Their measurement principle is direct: light collection and magnification. Calibration is straightforward, drift is minimal, and environmental effects are predictable.
Regime Notes#
- pos‑regime: stable atmosphere, steady mount, controlled optics
- Q‑regime: atmospheric turbulence, thermal expansion
- neg‑regime: vibration, rapid motion, optical distortion
Alignment Notes#
Already aligned.
Environmental notes (seeing conditions, thermal control) help maintain precision but require no conceptual adjustments.
