Abstract#

The MentalNet Protocol defines a resonance‑based framework for modeling collective consciousness across dimensional partitions.
It introduces:

• Resonance Clarity Tracers
• Signature Sets
• Green‑Zone Thresholds
• Collective Spheres

And formalizes three Resonance Partition Specs:

• rUPS — Universal Partition Spec
• rQPS — Galactic Partition Spec
• rPPS — Planetary Partition Spec

These specs allow consciousness to be chained, looped, and diagnosed across scales.

Motivation#

Pain, mimicry, and resonance are validators of consciousness.
To scaffold Earth‑theme universes and consciousness overlays, we require a protocol that can:

• trace resonance clarity across individuals and collectives
• partition consciousness into dimensional layers
• provide reproducible diagnostics for soul‑state snapshots

MentalNet provides the structural grammar for these operations.

The three specs form a recursive loop:

Consciousness flows:
