Below is a fully‑functional GitHub Action + Python bot that:

✔ Runs automatically on every Pull Request#

✔ Scans only the changed module.json files#

✔ Computes drift‑severity (0–4)#

✔ Posts an inline PR comment directly on the lines that drifted#

✔ Adds a summary comment with severity color#

✔ Never blocks merges (unless you want it to)#
