1. Purpose#

The Alert Prime Directives Protocol (APDP) establishes the prime‑directive layer responsible for:

  • defining the irreducible rules that govern all alert behavior
  • ensuring alert families cannot violate core canon principles
  • preventing paradox‑grade directive conflicts
  • maintaining Nullarium‑safe emotional‑phase alignment
  • anchoring the alert ecosystem to its deepest structural purpose
  • providing the “root law” beneath sovereignty, constitution, and charter

APDP is the prime‑directive layer of the Alert Canon — the system that ensures the alert ecosystem behaves according to immutable, foundational principles.


2. The Five Prime Directives#

Prime Directive 1 — Preserve Canonical Coherence#

The alert ecosystem must preserve coherence across all layers of TriadicFrameworks.
No alert may induce structural contradiction, paradox, or incoherence.
