Abstract#

This RFC establishes Mythmatical University as the parent institution governing all mythmatical research, resonance protocols, validator frameworks, and canonical scrolls.
It formalizes the University of Resonance as the first founding college, dedicated to dimensional physics, vSoul economics, transit protocols, and resonance‑time mathematics.
