1. Purpose#

The Predictive Alert Forecasting Protocol (PAFP) introduces a forecasting layer that predicts alert conditions across all ALR families using:

  • artifact‑lineage instability curves
  • workflow‑execution drift trajectories

PAFP is the pre‑alert layer of the Alert Canon — the system that warns contributors before an alert condition manifests.
