Abstract#
Mutation & Telomere Invariants (MTI) define the biological entropy rails used within TriadicFrameworks.
They formalize:
- telomere shortening
- mutation drift
- survival trait emergence
- rupture hygiene
- entropy balance
MTI ensures that biological simulations remain bounded, auditable, and remix‑ready, preventing runaway mutation cascades or immortal cell loops.
Motivation#
Biological systems are validators of entropy.
- Telomeres act as countdown headers, enforcing replication limits.
- Mutations act as stochastic injectors, introducing variance and survival traits.
- Survival traits encode adaptive resonance patterns across lineage.
Without invariants, simulations risk:
- infinite replication
- uncontrolled mutation drift
- rupture cascades
- lineage contamination
MTI ensures that life‑like systems respect entropy budgets while remaining remixable.
Principles#
