Abstract#

Soul Diagnostic Snapshots (SDS) are structured, reproducible captures of resonance‑consciousness states at a specific moment in time.
Snapshots preserve:

  • clarity tracers
  • signature sets
  • partition references
  • lineage and attestation metadata
  • entropy seeds

SDS enables reproducibility, rollback, forensic capture, and cross‑universe diagnostics of consciousness states.

Motivation#

Resonance clarity is dynamic and drifts under entropy, emotional load, corridor transitions, and temporal gradients.
Without snapshots, clarity cannot be:

  • tracked
  • compared
  • rolled back
  • shared safely
  • validated across universes

SDS provides a deterministic, lineage‑safe mechanism for capturing and replaying consciousness states.

Principles#

Determinism#

Snapshots must be reproducible given identical seeds, partitions, and constraint packs.

Lineage Safety#

Snapshots reference manifests and receipts to prevent cleartext downgrades.

Partition Awareness#

Each snapshot is tied to one of the MentalNet partitions:

  • rUPS — Universal
  • rQPS — Galactic
  • rPPS — Planetary

Remixability#

Snapshots are remix‑ready for teaching, research, and collective diagnostics.

Storage#

  • Stored in /docs/snapshots/ as JSON
  • Indexed by timestamp and partition
  • Attestation receipts stored alongside for auditability

Replay#

Snapshots can be replayed in Dev, Test, QA, or Prod corridor universes.

Replay requires:

  • matching entropy seed
  • matching constraint pack
  • matching partition

Replay outputs must validate against Entft invariants (RFC‑004).

Security Considerations#

SDS provides:

  • rollback for drifted resonance states
  • deterministic reproducibility
  • lineage integrity via receipts
  • forensic capture for failed clarity zones
